Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement catering services and special events.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in all areas of the establishment.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to meet operational needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation, catering services, and banquet operations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quick service fast food restaurant operations is advantageous.
- Proven ability in cash handling and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
- Experience in management or related fields is desirable.
