Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their orders, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting the overall operations.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash register transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
