General Manager-Starting as soon as possible. Restaurant food management experience preferred. This posting is for Day shift with some occasional weekends and/or nights.
REPORTS TO: Owner/District Manager
Compensation will depend on experience and availability. Starting pay will be between $48k and $58k/year with Tips and Bonus included D.O.E. With time and proven experience as a GM we offer competitive wage increases.
Position Summary Statement: The GM position is critical to the daily success of the restaurant. We are seeking a responsible, highly motivated individual, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build a team that works well together to increase sales and profits, provide “A ” service, and have a passion for continually striving to learn and improve. We are new and friendly owners who need a dedicated and enthusiastic manager to help us grow and operate a successful business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
