Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective management of inventory, labor, and marketing efforts.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, employee recognition, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, tax laws, and employment regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and efficiency.
