*GENERAL MANAGER*
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
As a Restaurant Manager at Firehouse Subs, you will be responsible for:
· Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
· Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture of a cheerful and fun work environment.
· Driving the profitability and growth of the business by managing food cost, labor, controllable, utilities and sales, and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives.
· Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing qualified personnel and ensuring they have the skills and tools to succeed in their roles.
· Participating in local restaurant marketing activities and community affairs to promote the brand and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
· Implementing and promoting all Public Safety Foundation initiatives and supporting the mission and vision of Firehouse Subs.
· Communicating effectively with the District Manager, Director of Operations, HQ Personnel, and Owner on any and all issues that may impact the business.
· Maintaining restaurant equipment in full working order and reporting any problems immediately to the Owner.
· Performing any other duties assigned by the District Manager or Director of Operations.

What we require:
· A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
· At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (required).
· Experience in drive thru operations (preferred).
· Bilingual (preferred).
· Availability to work 8 to 10 hour shifts, day or night, Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed.
· Ability to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs.
