What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member/Prep Person position at Firehouse Subs?
We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for Part Time . Starting pay is $10.00 per hour!
This position is for a Team Member to primarily be in our food prep area during their shift. The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount. Must be 18 years of age!
The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions. Your job is to make sure that our customers have a fantastic experience-- so delivering top-notch customer service for every shift is critical!
