Hiring! Automotive Express Service Advisor
Fulltime: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Tue – Fri, 7:30 -1:00 Sat.
Pay rate: $800 per week on average, commission after 90 days based on performance.
Location: Sandusky, OH

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Express Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all express service operations are performed efficiently, and provide excellent customer satisfaction. The Express Service Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for customers requiring quick and efficient automotive services.
What you will be doing:● Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service center.● Assess customers' automotive service needs and provide accurate information regardingservices and pricing.● Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express services such asoil changes, tire rotations, and other minor repairs.● Prepare and present service estimates and recommendations to customers, explainingthe necessity of each service.● Monitor the progress of each service order and keep customers informed of any delaysor additional work required.● Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and quickly.● Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.● Maintain a clean and organized work environment.● Promote additional services or products that may benefit the customer.
What you will need:● High school diploma or equivalent.● Previous experience in the automotive industry or customer service.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.● Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is a plus.● Proficiency in using computer systems and software for service management.● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record..
