Service Technician (Entry-Level)

For this position, you’ll perform the service of fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems in restaurants.

This will be an exceptional entry-level opportunity for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

What we’re looking for…

Experience :

Good with hand tools and measuring.
We also want to meet you if you have prior experience working in construction.

Other Requirements :

Applicants must be 18

Per Fireline’s insurance policy, it is a requirement that employees ages 21 and over are permitted to drive company vehicles.

Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Fireline is a drug-free company. Employees will be required to take a drug test at the time of hire and periodically throughout their employment. This will include the testing of cannabinoids (marijuana), opiates, amphetamines, and methamphetamines. Fireline is a DOT regulated business working in the life safety industry and per DOT rule 49 CFR Part.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Be comfortable working in different environments as our technicians work indoors and outdoors.

The ability to read, speak, sit, stand, walk, use your hands, reach, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Show a commitment to quality work.

A sense of responsibility for safety and the protection of life and property.

Be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic and a great attitude.

Work closely and effectively with other team members to meet goals.

Communicate effectively with managers, customers and peers.

Be willing to learn, pick up on technical things quickly, and know when to ask for help.
