As one of our Sprinkler Installation Technicians, you’ll be responsible to read drawings and install equipment in various sprinkler systems including wet, dry, pre-action and deluge systems

What we’re looking for…
You’ll be a fit for us if you have at least 3 years of experience performing working with installation of mechanical equipment, pipe fitting or experience with sprinkler or suppression systems.
To be qualified, you must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and be able to meet specific criteria defined by our vehicle insurance carriers. You must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Our technicians often work indoors and outdoors, so you must be comfortable working in different environments. Also, this position will require the ability to read, speak, sit, stand, walk, use your hands, reach, climb ladders and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. You should also be able to measure, cut and install materials for performing repairs.
Most importantly, you must be able to:
- Work with tools, equipment, and follow safety procedures.
- Understand basic mechanical and electrical concepts found at a job site.
- Have excellent mechanical skills and be able to work from blueprints/drawings.
- Show an aptitude for learning the installation of fire suppressing systems.
- Show a commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility for safety and the protection of life and property.
- Be self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a great attitude.
- Treat all co‐workers with respect and empathy while communicating effectively to meet team goals
- Use your experience, knowledge and training to effectively solve problems and demonstrate good judgment.
- Set priorities with a sense of what’s most important and the time and difficulty involved to finish tasks.
Basic computer skills and NICET or NFPA certifications are preferred.
