Duties

Manage inventory levels through accurate stock control and organization of products within the warehouse.
Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
Operate warehouse equipment such as a fork lift
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
Conduct regular checks on equipment and machinery, applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse space.

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with inventory control processes and systems is an advantage.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery such as a fork lift is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
