WHO WE ARE:
We are a family-owned business who has serving those who protect us all for over 50 years! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our truck shop operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain and organize shop records, invoices, and work orders
- Assist with scheduling repairs, maintenance, and customer appointments
- Assist with customer service and provide updates on repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with service and parts orders and send for invoicing
- Assist with quotes and estimates
- Restock office supplies and inventory
- Occasional parts pick up
- Processing and forwarding internal invoices
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Previous administrative experience (preferably in a truck shop or automotive industry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of truck repair terminology is a plus
