We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a demanding environment and have a passion for home improvement and outdoor living products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers about our products and services.
- Assist with product selection, answer questions, and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
- Manage transactions and process payments accurately.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting current promotions and upselling products.
- Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Effective communication and people skills are necessary.
- Computer/Data entry skills required. Microsoft & CRM experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated and purposeful with a passion for sales
- Availability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month (no Sundays)
- Ability to read, process and interpret technical information from installation manuals, blueprints and other resource documents.
- Must be able to read and use a tape measure
- Knowledge or interest in home improvement, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus.
