As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales team, assisting contractors and builders with product information, quotes, sales orders, and scheduling deliveries and installations. You will play an essential role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate product information to contractors and builders.
- Prepare and send quotes for products and services based on customer needs.
- Process sales orders and ensure they are accurately entered into the system.
- Follow up with clients to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and installation timelines.
- Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all data entry is completed with attention to detail.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
