Part-time Leadership Recruiter - Food Industry

We are looking for a part-time Leadership Recruiter to join our team in the Food Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and sourcing talent, as well as a strong understanding of the food industry. Low performers earn 60k per year and top performers can earn up 15k per month working part time with The Operations Leadership Agency. 

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for leadership positions in the food industry
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Negotiate and close job offers
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the food industry                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing talent in the food industry
• Strong understanding of the food industry and its workforce needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various recruiting software
