Job Title: Dietary Aide
Summary
We are seeking a team-oriented individual to join our dietary department as a Dietary Aide. This role involves working with food preparation and service, ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Read production orders on tray cards
- Prepare and assemble trays with eating utensils, napkins, straws, condiments, and tray cards
- Perform food preparation tasks as assigned
- Serve assigned food on trays at the correct temperature
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and equipment
Requirements
- FoH (Food Handlers) Permit
- Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to learn to operate kitchen equipment
