Firestone National Investment Group is a high-performance real estate investment firm based out of Central, FL. Our team flips houses & contracts all over Central & South Florida. We are looking for a GAME CHANGING POWER PLAYER to add to the FNIG Team! The primary responsibility of the acquisitions manager is to prospect, present FNIG services, make offers, set appointments, go on meetings, negotiate, create contracts, analyze properties, network with others in/outside the industry, & create relationships w/clients we may do business with in the future. This will take place through various means - email, text, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings. This is a fast-paced industry that is rapidly growing & ever changing.
You're responsible for oversee companies purchasing actives. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support you will need as the Acquisition Manager to perform at your best. The ideal candidate is a talented sales professional who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented and knows how to build long term relationships. The successful candidate will have experience working in sales, adaptable, consistent, . A real estate license is NOT a requirement of the job but it is a PLUS. A great Acquisition Manager will make anywhere from $75,000 a year up to $150,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Follow up on properties according to established procedures
- Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
- Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with sales team
- Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
- Develop strong business relationships with sellers for maximum results and revenue for the company
- Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a daily basis
- Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
- Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
- Assist Company with misc projects as needed
- Close a minimum of 3-4 transaction per month

Compensation
This position offers a $30,000 base salary commission/bonus pay. A great Acquisition Manager will make anywhere from $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
