As an Office/Marketing Manager for a moving & junk removal company, you'll oversee office operations, manage marketing strategies, and drive business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and brand promotion, while also ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, communication, and organization.
  • Oversee customer service interactions and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to clients, leads, and company information.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, invoices, and other documents.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze marketing performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and manage a lead generation pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials, leads, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop and implement sales strategies

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.

Education:

· Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

· 2-3 years of experience in marketing, office management, or customer service.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
