Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Multimedia Storytelling
- Lead video production efforts, from concept development to filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring all content aligns with Firestorm’s brand vision.
- Capture high-quality footage of Firestorm’s products, manufacturing processes, field tests, and customer engagements.
- Develop rapid-turnaround content that captures Firestorm’s real-world applications in operational environments, including live testing and field deployments.
- Create cinematic product showcases, operational vignettes, and behind-the-scenes content to bring Firestorm’s technology to life.
- Develop motion graphics, 3D renders, and animations to visualize technical concepts, product features, and mission applications.
- Shoot, edit, and curate professional imagery of Firestorm’s products, leadership, and engineering teams for marketing, PR, and investor materials.
- Ensure brand consistency by developing a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Work with the Marketing Content Strategist to optimize video and visual content for social media, website, and sales enablement.
- Capture live footage at major defense trade shows (AUSA, SOFIC, AFA Warfare Symposium, etc.) and Firestorm product demonstrations.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in defense technology marketing to ensure Firestorm’s content is visually competitive with industry leaders - responsiveness to industry events and breaking defense news cycles is key.
- 3-7 years of experience in videography, video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality videography, product storytelling, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, or similar video production tools.
- Experience with drone videography, 3D visualization, and CGI integration.
- Ability to travel occasionally for field shoots, product demos, and defense industry events.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or unmanned systems.
- Knowledge of DoD industry marketing and trade shows.
- Experience with 360-degree video, AR/VR integration, or real-time rendering tools (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.).
