Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Fire Protection Sprinkler Industry, background in sales, design, or sprinkler fitter in Fire Sprinkler Industry, and the ability to utilize various construction management software tools.
Duties
- Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25
- Oversee project documentation, including blueprints and contracts, ensuring all stakeholders have access to necessary information.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement project coordination strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity on the construction site.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges faced, and solutions implemented for internal review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Fire Sprinkler Industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and ServiceTrade.
- Strong skills in project scheduling and coordination with an emphasis on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is preferred.
