What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Alarm Project Manager position at Firetrol Protection Systems?

We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position will be in located Key West, FL. Firetrol is a customer driven business, customer satisfaction is paramount and the key to success.
- Ensure all project operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Purchase and track job site materials
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives through coordination with installation teams and the customer
- Maintain field quality control
- Ensure all field staff are meeting the customer and Firetrol safety requirements
- Oversee projects to maintain and improve budget goals
- Communicate frequently with operational staff about job status, progress, man loading and punch list
- Proven work experience in the fire alarm industry
- Level III NICET, Level IV preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
** We prefer a candidate to be local to the Key West area, but for the right candidate we would be willing to provide temporary housing or relocation
