Firetrol Protection Systems, a leader in fire protection & life safety services since 1984, is seeking a dynamic Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our passionate team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of fire alarm systems, ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' facilities.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the fire alarm market, focusing on new construction, retro-fit, and tenant improvement projects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in community events and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and educate potential clients.
- Experience in service and inspection sales is a plus, as well as familiarity with relevant local codes and standards.
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the fire protection or safety industry.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and associated regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain relationships over time.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to pass State, Federal, and Customs background checks.
