As the Fire Sprinkler Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of fire sprinkler technicians and helpers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
- Ensure that all installations and repairs are carried out in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on fire sprinkler system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Prior experience as a fire sprinkler construction foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Deep understanding of fire codes, regulations, and industry standards, such as NFPA 13, 20, and 25.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
