Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking items
- Handle office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, liaising with vendors for repairs and replacements
- Executive support for CEO - manage calendar, coordinate travel, streamlining communications
- Lead planning and organization of office events to ensure logistical needs are met
- Leading and planning company marketing events
- Working with leadership, recruiting & HR teams to manage office growth
- 2 years of experience directly supporting and executing office management duties
- Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or project management software
- Ability to physically lift and move office supplies/equipment, as needed
- Experience as an executive assistant, supporting multiple leaders in an organization
- Experience researching, interfacing and negotiating with external vendors
- Experience with event coordination and/or marketing initiatives
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
