What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Stock Associate position at Fireworks Gallery Bellevue Square?
Fireworks Gallery at Bellevue Square Mall is looking for happy, energetic, reliable Stock Associates for the holiday season. We need a detail oriented person with a sense of urgency and motivation. We are a locally owned shop with an eclectic collection of contemporary jewelry, kitchen accessories, home decor, children's apparel, books, holiday merchandise and featured pieces from Northwest Artists.
Details:
Hours are flexible based on your'e availability and can start at 25 hours per week up to 38 hours for those desiring more. The position is available immediately, and can become a permanent position for the right candidate. This positions require working a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Stock Associate Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock levels on sales floor within visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain accurate gallery inventory and ensure all merchandise is represented on the sales floor.
- Process incoming shipment, customer and store transfer accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize daily paper work.
- Performs hourly restocking reports and perform stock checks when need.
- Communicates as needed with the Stock Coordinator and Store Manager regarding stockroom challenges and changes
- Back stock excess shipment from sales floor. Maintains a clean and organized stockroom area.
Requirements:
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Flexible schedule/availability-Available to work early shifts or late nights
Computer skills: Moderate skills are necessary
Prior experience working with a high volume of SKUs is a bonus!
