What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Firm Advice?
Firm Advice is searching for two Litigators who can start work immediately in a remote position to join our client’s highly regarded boutique litigation firm on an interim basis to assist in the preparation of a FCPA trial that will begin in March These Associates will assist the team with a range of litigation, including discovery, fact analysis, research, and preparing jury instructions and cross and direct examination. The trial will be in Newark, NJ, and selected attorneys can choose whether to participate in war room and trial support.
These remote positions are interim to possible hire. The attorneys will work as temporary employees of our client.
REQUIREMENTS
- J.D. from accredited law school. Admission to any US bar is required.
- Our client can use assistance from attorneys who have 3 to 20 or more years of experience.
- Litigation experience required. Experience with FCPA and/or Sarbanes-Oxley a plus.
- Experience as a state or federal prosecutor and/or white-collar crime or government investigations is a plus.
