As a Builder, you will be instrumental in developing policies, handbooks, selecting curriculum, hiring, and other key responsibilities. You will help shape this new school start-up from the ground up. Our board has completed the Herzog Foundation's SchoolBox training and is committed to creating a Christian High School that will provide a firm foundation for students who pass through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the school
- Collaborate with the school board to establish goals and objectives
- Recruit and hire qualified staff members
- Oversee the selection and implementation of curriculum
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Christian school administration or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for technical education and Christian values
