Job Description:
As a leader at Firm Foundation Academy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
As a Builder, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement policies, handbooks, and curriculum that align with our Christian values and technical education focus.
You will work closely with our board to establish goals and objectives, recruit and hire qualified staff members, and oversee the selection and implementation of curriculum.
In addition, you will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as collaborate with facilities management and other facility users to maintain the physical use and maintenance of our buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
