Firmament Solutions is an electrical service company that performs Infrastructure Services. We are currently accepting applications for Journeymen Electricians to perform service and installation work in a commercial environment. Looking for a motivated self-starter who can work independently and find solutions to get jobs done. Long-term employment with benefits for the right person. Pay will be based on experience.

- Install, Maintain, and Repair: All interior and exterior electrical for new Gas Stations and Commercial Stores. Handle highvoltage wiring for fuel stores, dispensers, tanks, canopies, lights, and related systems, following strict compliance with industry standards and codes.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and execute complex electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions for commercial gas stations.
- Safety Focused: Conduct rigorous safety checks and ensure all equipment is operational.
- Project Collaboration: Work with project managers and team members to complete projects efficiently and on budget.
- Documentation: Record work progress and report any issues to supervisors.
- Travel and Field Work: Travel across GA, SC, and NC to complete projects, with per diem, travel expenses, and compensation package
- Experience: 5 Years of proven background as a commercial electrician, particularly with fuel station projects, preferred.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Skilled in reading and interpreting commercial electrical diagrams.
- Safety Certifications: Familiarity with OSHA standards and additional certifications in fall protection, lift operation, etc., is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Ability to bend pipe, pull branch circuits, work in trenches, and build services.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Equipment Skills: The ability to operate small machinery (excavators, bobcats, lifts) is highly preferred.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license; electrical licensing is a plus.
- Location: Primarily out of the Atlanta region and working across the Southeastern U.S., working in various areas with travel accommodations covered, including Hotels for extended stays.
- Project Duration: Projects may last several months, with flexibility for weekend travel home.
- Tools: Electricians are required to bring personal hand tools and drills. Large tools will be provided.

- Replacing Breakers including Smart Breakers as needed
- Repair & Replace as needed
- Communicate directly with dispatcher’s multiple times a day to relay ongoing site task for real time customer updates
- Respond to emergency service calls as directed, during the day, at night and on weekends Performs preventative maintenance and diagnostics on electrical systems and components according to the service agreement contracts
- Identifies additional chargeable opportunities including time and material work, system upgrades and service contract expansion and communicates these opportunities to the office
- Completes service repairs, replacements, upgrades, and adjustments on electrical systems and components following issued tasking, maintenance, troubleshooting and installation instructions
- May coordinate electrical installation with concrete contractor and excavation contractor at job sites required
- Completes and submits electronic service orders and reports covering all aspects of each assignment and activity at the end of each job
- Submits timesheets and other necessary information daily via an online system
- If improper operation is due to another system or component, discuss the problem with customer and/or office and advises of the best course of action
- Participate in job site final walk and/or final completion with site management on assigned jobs
- Energy management system (NOVAR, Dan Foss, CPC, EMON DMON) experience preferred but not required
- Clean driving record
- Scissor, Boom, Bucket lift experience as necessary for different types of installations
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relations skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Must be familiar with, or willing and able to learn quickly, touch screen electronics
- Must be able to work afterhours or oncall as needed
- Must be able to stay overnight away from immediate service area for extended periods of time if needed/as ticket volume requires
