We are Firmdale Hotels, a collection of 11 inspiring, privately owned luxury hotels in London and New York. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team and represent three exceptional New York properties and eight stunning London hotels.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth and building relationships with local corporate accounts, with a focus on The Whitby and Warren Street Hotels in New York. Key responsibilities include :
- Building Relationships : Research and secure new local leads, and manage key accounts to maximize room night and event production.
- Negotiation & Collaboration : Handle preferred rate negotiations, including RFP processes, and work closely with London Sales counterparts to identify opportunities across industries and markets.
- Client Engagement : Conduct client office visits, host on-site hotel inspections, and represent Firmdale Hotels at trade shows and marketing events.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to innovative sales strategies and execute targeted sales trips to drive business.
- Data Management : Maintain and grow a robust client database, tracking performance metrics for key accounts.
