Overview
The IT Business Analyst position plays a key role in the helping the organization implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. This role will ensure that the right technology solutions are in place to continuously improve and/or transform operational efficiency.

- Assist with the business case
- Plan and monitor
- Elicit requirements
- Organize requirements
- Translate and simplify requirements
- Requirements management and communication
- Requirements analysis
- Ensure business reporting needs are met
- Drive the design or review of test cases and process change requests
- Manage the scope and acceptance of projects
- Assist with recording, identifying and resolved issues, change request or presumed defects to ensure quality and functionality.
- Other duties as assigned
- A combination of education and experience generally equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge and experience using six sigma techniques or other techniques to drive process improvement a plus.
- Business case management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Beginning experience in project management
- Technology and communication skills
- Developing skills working with Senior decision makers
