Position Summary
The Member Lending Advisor with First Alliance Credit Union will play a crucial role in utilizing lending as a tool to assist members in reaching their financial objectives. This role required a passion and commitment to providing financial education, listening to members’ needs, and offering tailored products and services that drive financial success. While lending will be the primary focus, this role will also promote deposit products and refer members to other credit union partners to ensure full support and financial success of member.
Essential Functions
- Lending Solutions : Work closely with members to understand their financial needs and goals, providing appropriate lending solutions that align with their objectives.
- Financial Education : Offer financial education to members, empowering them to make informed decisions about their finances and encouraging them to take advantage of available products and services.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with members, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up to foster trust and loyalty.
- Exceptional Member Experience : Deliver outstanding member experience by actively listening to concerns, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring seamless experience throughout the lending process.
- Deposit Products : Identify opportunities for cross-sell on deposit products during lending discussion, providing members with a comprehensive suite of financial solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other credit union partners and departments to address members’ broader financial needs, ensuring they receive holistic support.
- Team Support : Be a strong team player, assisting in various areas of the branch as needed to maintain a high level of member experience and operational efficiency.
Pay and Benefits
Starting pay : $23.21 - $27.31 Hourly
There may be an increase of base pay based on skills and experience.
