Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address a variety of mental health issues.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Proven experience in providing individual, group, and family counseling.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual skills (preferred, but not required).
