Responsibilities:
- Administrative/Supervisory:
- Provide oversight for therapists and qualified mental health specialists (QMHS).
- Coordinate task and client assignments.
- Collaborate with program supervisors and directors to enhance client care and employee satisfaction.
- Complete productivity reports and administrative tasks.
- Participate in policy and procedure development at supervisory and managerial meetings.
- Facilitate agency-wide clinical staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.
- Network at community events.
- Clinical (Indirect care):
- Supervise therapists and QMHS clinically.
- Assist in developing treatment plans, safety plans, and discharge plans.
- Oversee crisis intervention and psychiatric preceptorships.
- Standardize psychotherapy progress notes.
- Act as liaison between therapists, clients, and families.
- Research medical issues for updated psychiatric healthcare knowledge.
- Conduct quarterly chart review audits.
- Maintain patients' health records and office standards.
- Punctual and professional with a friendly demeanor.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Clinical expertise in mental health treatment methods.
- Proficient in Mac, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom, and data entry.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
