Summary : Serve as the primary management role of commercial deposit and treasury management portfolio, including customer service and all Treasury Management products and services. This person will proactively collaborate with loan and operation officers, other departments and customers assuring consistent communications to promote business services.
Responsibilities : Monitor and manage the daily activities and operations of the department . Responsible for ongoing training of bank staff and assisting with the development and management of Treasury Management policies and procedures.
Requirements : Skills in business development, relationship management and knowledge of deposit service needs for business. Excellent communication skills. Strong sales and organizational skills and the ability to adapt to change. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Location : Las Cruces, NM
Must be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.
