We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Manager to oversee our IT Project Management team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach mentality, capable of both leading and executing projects. This high-visibility role includes managing multiple direct reports, IT Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and develop and maintain project roadmaps and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT Project Managers, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Implement and promote agile methodologies and processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage the execution of IT operational activities, including but not limited to IT system performance and risk reporting, IT control execution, third party relationship management and new vendor / technology onboarding and offboarding.
- Continuously improve IT and project management processes and practices.
Qualifications :
Compensation : The salary range for this position is $120,000 - 130,000
