What We Do
Manages and sets priorities for the daily operations of the Client Services and Bank Operation department while assuring compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations in the context of their responsibilities.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Reconciles processing escalations, oversee daily monetary balancing activities
- Lead process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency and manage risk.
- Mentors, provide goals and conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing performance feedback
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, external banks, auditors and regulators.
- Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all state and federal banking regulations.
- Participate in audit activities including government regulatory audits, internal and external audits (e.g., BSA / AML, SOX, GLBA, IT) and compliance reviews.
- Participate in BCP / DR program management for the bank

The pay range for this role is $89,950.00 - $110,550.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
