Research and troubleshot documents approaching SLA to ensure timely deliverables. Provide email correspondence with client contacts to maintain and build the relationship.

What You'll Do
- Intake documents sent to First American through the mail or email
- Respond to emails and processes email orders
- Provides customer service
- Troubleshoots / researches customer issues
- Ensure accuracy by correcting any found issues
- Runs/reviews internal and external reports
- Runs/reviews supplemental reports
- Tracks computer orders - manual or system generated
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- General knowledge of company products and customer service activities.
- Proficient MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel
- Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem solving
Typical Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Typical Range of Experience
- 1- 2 years related experience
Salary Range: $10.67 - $14.22 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
