What You'll Do
Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
Receive, sort and route mail
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
What You'll Bring:
Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed
Strong work ethic and meets commitments
Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations
Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
