What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions to ensure secure and efficient device management across the organization.
- Develop and maintain policies, configurations, and compliance standards for Windows devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Create and manage device configuration profiles, applications, and updates to maintain a consistent user experience and ensure software is up-to-date.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive device management strategy, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
- Assist in developing & maintaining documentation related to Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in managing and deploying Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions (or other related technologies).
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Entra ID/Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
Pay Range: $95,350 - $127,125 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
