What You'll Do
- Curriculum Development: Identify, research, and develop timely, relevant title and escrow and real estate-specific curriculum that appeals to a large audience and aligns with current real estate market trends.
- Content Creation: Create presentations and marketing materials on title, escrow and real estate topics that serve as lead-generation tools for our sales team.
- Training Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate training sessions for external prospects and clients, ensuring content delivery is highly engaging and informative.
- Evaluation and Adjustment: Participate in evaluating lead generation metrics and adjust training programs accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Keep records, gather and analyze information from evaluations, measure results against business objectives, and suggest improvements.
- Class Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring seamless execution and communication with state leadership and sales teams.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Title and Escrow Expertise: Extensive knowledge of title and escrow underwriting practices and subject matter.
- Sales and Marketing Acumen: Experience in sales, marketing, and/or lead-generation strategies.
- Presentation Skills: Experience in creating and delivering highly engaging and visually appealing presentations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of addressing various audiences effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Teaching Methodologies: Understanding effective teaching methodologies and tools, with familiarity in both traditional and modern training methods.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data gathering and analysis skills to evaluate lead generation effectiveness and make informed adjustments.
