The types of things you'll do
Technical Writing is a broad area with an extensive opportunity space. Each intern will have their unique mission refined before the start date, after an offer is extended and accepted. Here are some of the value adds you'll be working on:
Help grow our technical writing practice and content strategy across product delivery teams within a larger product organization.
Develop content guidelines, documentation templates, style guides and internal glossaries for cross-functional teams.
Design, write, review, and publish conceptual documentation, end-user guides, reference materials, release notes, and other forms of technical communication.
Establish well-defined, repeatable processes for internal stakeholders to contribute to and maintain high quality documentation.
Work closely with subject matter experts to understand the technology and its users and define documentation deliverables.
Gather and report data to identify documentation gaps and improve documentation strategy.
Proofread and edit technical content for usability, accessibility, and readability.
Support "docs-as-code" workflows for software engineering teams; facilitate documentation creation, maintenance, and publishing workflows with engineering tools like Markdown, GitHub, and OpenAPI.
Basic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
Majoringin business, technology, english, or a related field is preferred.
Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2025and ending in August/September 2025.

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
