FIRST AND MAIN is a dynamic real estate company dedicated to providing top-tier service to our clients and brokers. We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand, manage digital and print marketing initiatives, and drive social media engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity & Content Creation
- Maintain consistency in company brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Design and develop custom marketing packages for individual brokers, including listing books, buyer books, mini booklets, website build outs, and full branding packages from naming, logo development and brand books.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of digital and print marketing materials for new and closed sales.
- Website & Listings Management
- Manage the brokerage’s website with updates to ensure new listings, broker profiles, and content are syndicated properly and current.
- Create single-property websites for new-to-market listings.
- Social Media & Digital Advertising
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and reach for both the brokerage and individual brokers.
- Create and manage targeted digital ads using Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Design and maintain window displays with fresh, engaging content.
- Event Marketing & Promotions
- Coordinate marketing efforts for company-sponsored events, including branding and promotional materials.
- Develop digital and print collateral for events and broker promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital and print marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite i.e. InDesign, Photoshop.
- Social media dashboard management; Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Preferred experience in website design (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
- Experience using Meta Business Suite for digital ad campaigns.
- Strong social media management skills, including content creation and ad targeting.
- Excellent written, communication, organization, time management and project management skills.
