What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Loan Servicer to assist First Atlantic Federal Credit Union to live out our Mission and Vision by working directly with the VP of Lending and the Lending Manager to provide best value financial services to members by providing outstanding service to both external and internal members.
Job Summary
Establishes loan files and orders documentation required to process loans. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation. Processes consumer loan files after closings to ensure that documents are recorded with proper recording authority and the loans are entered correctly into the company records. Inputs loan documents, processes loan payoffs and maintains loan files, maintains new and paid commercial loan files. Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures. Uses office computers for data input and other activities and orders credit report, answers telephone and written inquiries concerning loan processing information, cross-markets financial institution products and services as appropriate, and assists other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours.
Qualifications
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or GED
Six months to one year experience in office environment
Salary : $19 - $22
