We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to be self motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming multi-channel inquiries: phone, email, web and chat leads in a comfortable BDC Office.
- Schedule Sales Appointments
- Contact current customers (phone, text, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Follow up on missed appointments
- Prospecting using our customer retention software.
