RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inbound/Outbound sales opportunities handling.
• CRM follow up through outbound calls, email, and text for in-market shoppers, repeat buyers, un-sold customers.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Submitting customer credit applications, and following compliance guidelines.
• Providing lease, finance, and lease buy out information to customers.
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Over the phone, and in-person price negotiations.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive Sales Experience Required
• Minimum Age 21
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Previous customer service or sales experience
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred.)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
