This role involves performing various general office tasks in support of operational activities. Key responsibilities include receiving calls from customers, addressing their mortgage loan-related queries, and assisting them in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing top-notch customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage loans.
- Preparing Mortgage Loan Certification of Cancellation letters (RESPA) as per regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with referrals received from the First Line Customer Center to address customer concerns.
- Offering a range of services to customers, including payment claims, debit claims, late charges claims, delivery of payment coupons, and claims on credit report annotations, copy of payment history, subscription for automatic payment, copy of deeds, notes or insurance policy, among other services.
- Processing the delivery of documents and files to the Central File Department.
- Supporting the Closing Department as needed.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Formal Education
- Associate Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
