Key Responsibilities:
- Teller Duties:
- Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks.
- Assist customers with banking transactions, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Utilize bank software to complete transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Balance cash, maintain established cash levels, and follow company policies and procedures.
- New Accounts and Customer Service:
- Open new deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs.
- Assist customers with banking products and services, including debit cards and online banking.
- Maintain existing account relationships, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Team Player:
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities.
- Represent First Bank of Montana in a professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs.
