- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks
- Assist with financial sales inquiries and transactions
- Process debits and credits accurately
- Handle loan processing tasks efficiently
- Manage cash transactions and maintain cash registers
- Utilize financial software for account management
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Experience in cash management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of relationship management practices in a banking setting
