Perform any function, within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. We strive for excellence in conducting needs-based conversations to identify solutions for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service
- Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify cross-selling opportunities through needs-based conversations
- Resolves customer inquiries using problem-solving skills while following bank procedures
- At least three (3) years experience in teller new accounts
- Comfortable on camera while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Experience and enthusiasm for serving customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
