Description
Supports the establishment of loans, researches and responds to loan inquiries, and provides the highest level of service to internal and external customers.
· Manage files relating to hazard and other insurance that is in direct connection with financial institution loans.
· Enter data, disbursements, payments and payoffs.
· Answer telephone and assists customers with routine inquiries regarding payoffs and other loan details.
· Respond to written inquiries from customers.
· Complete clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing documents and organizing and maintaining loan files.
· Work as a back-up for maintaining relationships with participant banks.
· Prepare new and renew existing installment loan insurance policies.
· Maintain escrow accounts to pay premiums due and helps prepare the annual escrow analysis.
· Comply with all requirements, policies and procedures of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and attend all mandatory BSA training as needed for this position. Additionally required to complete all required compliance and regulatory training, not limited to BSA.
· Assume and accomplish other duties as assigned.
